Compassion without pretense
People deserve to be met with warmth, honesty, and respect—not judgment or easy answers.
About Keenan
A counselor, educator, podcast host, and speaker committed to honest conversations about the things that shape us.
My story
My path to mental health work was not a straight line. It was shaped by difficult seasons, personal growth, and the kind of honest support that helps people find their footing again.
Those experiences taught me that healing is rarely about having all the right answers. More often, it begins with having a thoughtful place to ask better questions, name what feels heavy, and take one grounded step forward.
Today, I bring that perspective to every room I am in: with counseling clients, on the podcast, speaking to groups, and in conversations with people trying to make sense of real life.
I do not believe people need to be fixed. I believe they need room to be known, practical support for the next step, and someone willing to walk beside them.
